How to Get Started:

1. Download our milestone checklists:

Every baby will grow and develop at his/her own pace, but it is important to know what skills to expect your baby to learn along the way. These downloads are meant to serve as a general guide for developmental progression in the first year. Use them to track your baby’s skills and help point you toward the relevant information included on our site, blog, and social media accounts based on your baby’s age and developmental level.

2. Read our most recent blog post or search by topic in the blog tab:

Wondering how to help your baby reach a milestone? What if we told you that you could just slightly modify what you’re already doing to help your baby get there? It could be as simple as a well-timed pause, changing the position of a toy, or adding in a blanket. Use our science-based play ideas to get you both where you want to be.

3. Follow us on social media:

Check out our Instagram for new tips, tricks and activity ideas to help you and your baby thrive throughout that first busy year.
