Hi, I’m Bree, Founder of Sprout and Thrive and a pediatric Occupational Therapist with a passion for helping kids and families function at their best. I have a vested interest in Early Intervention and believe that it can help ALL families whether kiddos have special or typical needs. I believe that having the tools to help your child progress in their milestones helps them, but more importantly, helps the overall health of your family. When you feel equipped with knowledge and tools to help your kids, your own social, emotional, and mental health all benefit.
Over the last 10 years, I have worked in outpatient pediatric clinics, hospital settings, aquatic therapy, home health, and early intervention through the school district. I love working with families, but especially young kids because we can have such a substantial impact on their development. In 2016 I earned an advanced specialization in Neuro-developmental Treatment, trained in Infant Massage techniques in 2021, and have specialized training in areas of feeding, fine motor, and sensory development.
I started and ran a non-profit, Push International, for 12 years which focused on bringing used wheelchairs and equipment from the USA to families in need in Mexico. Over the years it evolved into also providing therapy services, education, and training to help families beyond mobility. I found my passion there, working with families and teaching therapy students. Knowledge is key, understanding what and why something is happening enables you to fix it. I now serve in an advisory role there and focus my talents here.
As a mother and a therapist, I sincerely hope this site helps you not only to see the milestones but also to learn why it’s important in development and how it’s a building block for something down the road. I hope you feel empowered to help your child learn and build more skills.
I look forward to working with you.

Hi! I’m Jaclyn, a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with a special interest in feeding and early language development in babies and young toddlers. I have a passion for working alongside families to promote optimal oral-motor, feeding, and swallowing skills from birth with both medically complex and typically developing children.
Over the last 8 years, I have worked in hospital, school, and in-home settings with children presenting with various medical conditions and speech, language, and feeding disorders. I have specialized training in performing pediatric videoflouroscopic swallow studies, feeding, and oral-motor skill development in the post NICU population and early communication development. I have seen firsthand how important early life experiences are for our littlest ones as they lay the foundation for later development of feeding and speaking skills. I have worked with hundreds of families with varying needs, questions, successes, and areas for growth, and am excited to share what I have learned along the way- simple things parents and caregivers can do to support optimal feeding and communication development at home from day one.
Becoming a mom has made me realize how much confusing and conflicting information is out there related to baby development, and how much stress this can bring about. I am endlessly thankful for my education and a circle of friends with medical and developmental backgrounds that helped me be confident as a new mother. It is my sincerest hope that we can provide you with that same sense of comfort and confidence as you navigate life with a new baby at home. I’m so glad you’re here!
